Best Travel Destinations, Inc Membership Refund/Cancellation Policy (Best Travel Destinations, Inc) reserves the right to refuse/cancel a membership in the Best Travel Destinations, Inc. If Best Travel Destinations, Inc refuses a new or renewing membership, registrants will be offered a refund.
Membership cancellations received within 10 days of registration may be eligible to receive a full refund less $50 service fee. Cancellations received after the stated deadline Florida Statute 721.205 will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellations will be accepted via phone, fax or email, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. All benefits and incentives received by participants must be canceled. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment. These above policies apply to all Best Travel Destinations, Incmemberships unless otherwise noted in the corresponding program materials. Please read all individual program information thoroughly
Your refund will be made within 20 days after receipt of notice of cancellation or within 5 days after receipt of funds from your cleared check, whichever is later.

If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.
